Dr. Nathan Guerette, Nathan L Guerette, MD FPMRS, FACOG, CEO
Dr. Nathan Guerette serves as Director and CEO of Intimate Wellness Institute of Virginia. He is a board certified Urogynecologist specializing in minimally invasive surgical options for pelvic reconstruction and cosmetic surgery including advanced vaginal and robotic surgery as well as non-surgical options. He also holds an appointment as Associate Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University in the division of Urogynecology and serves as Director of Robotic Surgery at Johnston Willis Medical Center.
Prior to moving to Virginia, Dr. Guerette served as Director of Urogynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Guerette is board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Family Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2005 and is the first fellowship trained, board certified Urogynecologist in Central Virginia.
Emily Meyers Munn, CLO
Emily is a licensed attorney in private practice in the Tidewater region of Virginia, having been licensed to practice there since 2001. She received her undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University. She is admitted to practice in all courts in Virginia, the Eastern District of Virginia for the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Emily has been recognized by Inside Business Magazine as a Top 40 Under 40 business leader, and as an Influential Woman of Law by Virginia Lawyers Weekly Magazine. Emily was appointed and served as a substitute judge for the City of Norfolk.. She has represented thousands of clients in civil and criminal matters throughout her career, bringing her expertise to use in solving complex problems both within and outside of courtrooms. In addition to her work as a legal expert, Emily has been the president of the board of directors for Norfolk CASA for more than ten years, ensuring that children in foster care in the city of Norfolk have well-trained advocates for their journeys home.
Mr. Miller is Managing Director of SB-Finance. SB Finance, a leader in developing financial solutions for small businesses and middle market companies for the acquisition of equipment, software, Lines of Credit and other value-added services.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Miller has helped scores of entrepreneurs’ to start-up, organize, systemize, grow and exit their businesses. With his diverse background as an entrepreneur, investor and advisor, Mr. Miller is able to leverage his unique insights to help other entrepreneurs reach their goals.
As an Angel Investor, Mr. Miller has previously invested in Pongo Software, MassCare, AvidXchange, True Elements, iZipLine, Real Digital Media, CliniPace, Blueprint Health, Your Surgical Success, and Medical Advisory Solutions and Services.
Mr. Miller lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, and enjoys Cross-Training, Kick-Boxing, biking and eating along the Gulf Coast.
